Important Login Information:

Your Blackboard username is the same as your Novell (RMU network) username.

Your password is your six-digit RMU ID number.

You can locate this number on your course schedule. If you do not know your password, you have two options for retrieving it:

1. Click the Forgot Password link located directly beneath the Username and Password boxes. Fill out either section of the form and click Submit. An email containing a special link, which will allow you to change your password, will be sent to your official RMU email account.

2. If you prefer to speak to a Blackboard technician you can call the RMU Blackboard Help Desk at 866-471-4228.

There is no longer a need to request course shells for your classes. All courses taught at Moon and Pittsburgh will automatically receive a course shell each semester.
